Hari abahitanwa n’umutima kubera kutamenya ko wabafashe

Muri ibi bihe abantu benshi  bahitanwa n’indwara y’umutima kubera kutamenya ibimenyetso ngo bivuze hakiri kare.

Indwara y’umutima ni imwe mu zitandura ariko ikaba ihitana abantu benshi, kubera kutamenya ibimenyetso byabereka ko umutima wagize ikibazo. Umunyamakuru w’amahumbezinews.rw yakoze ubushashatsi kuri iyi ndwara maze abavira imuzi ku bimenyetyso byakwereka ko umutima wawe ufite ikibazo, ukikurikirana hakiri kare urengera ubuzima bwawe.

Abenbshi batekereza ko indwara y’umutima ifata abantu bakuze gusa, nyamara n’abato bari gufatwa nayo, ibi bikaba bituruka ahanini ku buzima abantu babamo, bivuze ko haba mu mirire cyangwa mu byo banywa harimo uruhare runini rutera iyi ndwara.

Muri Amerika honyine ,abangana na 610.000 bahitanwa n’iyi ndwara buri mwaka nk’uko CDC (Center for Desease Control) ikigo gishinzwe gukumira no kurwanya indwara kibigaragaza.

Burya kugirango urugingo rw’umubiri rwangirike hari bimwe mui bimenyetso bibanza kwigaragaza n’ubwo hari abatabyitaho. Umutima rero nawo ujya kwangirika wabanje kugaragaza ibimenyetso  bikurikira :

1. Kumva ufite iseseme udashaka kurya:

2. Kumva ibintu bikurya mu maboko :

3.Inkorora idakira :

4.Kubyimba amaguru mu bujana bw’ibirenge :

Mu kiganiro cyihariye yagiranye na IGIHE, Inzobere mu kuvura indwara z’umutima w’abana Prof. Mucumbitsi Joseph, yavuze ko mu ndwara z’umutima zikomeje kwibasira abanyarwanda ziterwa n’umuvuduko mwinshi w’amaraso aho wihariye 16,2% ku bari hejuru y’imyaka 35, mu gihe imibare yo mu 2012 yari 15,6%.

Ishami rya Loni ryita ku Buzima, OMS, rigaragaza ko umuvuduko w’amaraso ugenzuwe neza, mu 2050 hazagera abagera kuri miliyoni 76 batacyicwa n’umutima, miliyoni 79 batakigira ikibazo cyo kutagera mu mutima kw’amaraso ndetse bigakuraho abantu, bagira ikibazo cy’umutima udatera bangana na miliyoni 17.
