Ibyiza byo kunywa ikawa .
Ikawa ni kimwe mu bihingwa byinjirizamafaranga U Rwanda kuko yoherezwa no hanze. Ikawa ifitiye akamaro kanini mu buzima bw’abayinywa, kuko harimo ibisohora n’ibisukura umubiri, ukavamo uburozi ,bigatuma umubiri ukora neza.
Bimwe mu byiza bindi ubushakashatsi butandukanye bugenda bukorwa ,bwagaragaje ko abayinywa bagira amahirwe menshi yo kutarwara zimwe mu ndwara zibasira umwijima ndetse na diabete.
Ubushakashatsi bugaragaza ko ku isi hose , ibikombe birenga maganane ku mwaka by’ikawa binyobwa .Ikawa y’u Rwanda iza mu za mbere ku isi mu gukundwa kubera uburyohe bwayo.

Mu gakombe kamwe habonekamo;
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) ku kigero cya 11% y’ikenerwa yose ku munsi

C.Ikawa irinda umwijima kwibasirwa n’indwara zitandukanye
Indwara zishobora kwibasira umwijima nka hepatite ikunda gufata abanywa inzoga nyinshi, ifata umwijima ikawangiza ndetse n’abagira ibinure byinshi , kandi umwijima ari urugingo rufatiye runini umubiri. Ibyo rero bituma umwijima urwara indwara ya cirrhosis (aho inyama y’umwijima itangira guhindura imiterere igacikagurika).Ikawa ifasha kurinda iyo ndwara ya cirrhosis.
Ubushakashatsi bwerekana ko kunywa udukombe 2 cg 3 ku munsi bigabanya ibyago byo kwicwa n’iyo ndwara, ndetse kugera ku kigero cya 50% ikawa igafasha kurinda kanseri y’umwijima.
D.Ikawa itwika ibinure
